All three chairs show visible signs of use throughout their appearance. One chair produces noise during the tilting operation and requires repair. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pick-up is by appointment only during normal operating hours. The accepting entity or winning bidder accepts full responsibility for due-diligence in ensuring acceptability for the intended purpose. All loading, pick-up, delivery, receipt and costs associated throughout this process are the responsibility of the accepting entity or winning bidder.
