The first lot closes at 7PM EST with a soft close and stagger of 15 seconds. Invoices are sent at the conclusion of the sale. Welcome to the next Yellow Moon Auctions consignment sale! This is a curated multi-consignor auction featuring select pieces from estates, private collections, and local consignors. Because items come from a variety of homes and sources, condition and age will vary. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing a bid. Yellow Moon Auctions (AC32600022) is an extension of Yellow Moon Antique Mall and has been proudly serving the antique community since 1999. Our auctions are thoughtfully assembled to connect quality pieces with engaged buyers. We are currently reviewing consignments for upcoming sales. If you have quality antiques, estate items, or collections you are considering selling, we would be happy to discuss whether auction is the right fit. **Pickup is Tuesday 8/11/26 from 12 - 5PM** There is construction on Main Street, in the area where Yellow Moon Antique Mall is located. However, it is open to pedestrians and you can still park in the lot next to the building. You can use alleyways to get to the parking lot. Please see the map in Lot 2 for more information. Pickup Date & Time The scheduled pickup date and time are established to ensure an organized and efficient process for both bidders and staff. All items must be picked up during the designated pickup window unless shipping or alternate pickup arrangements have been approved prior to the close of the auction. If you are unable to attend during the scheduled pickup time, you may send someone on your behalf to retrieve your purchases. **Requests for shipping or alternate pickup must be approved separately for each auction. Previous approvals do not carry over to future auctions.** Bidders who have not received prior approval for shipping or alternate pickup are expected to pick up their purchases during the scheduled pickup window. We are unable to hold items after pickup has concluded due to space limitations and ongoing auction operations. We cannot guarantee access to the property or storage of items after the pickup period has ended. Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window, without prior approval, will be considered forfeited without refund. Condition of Items All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Yellow Moon Auctions does not clean, repair, restore, or improve items prior to sale. Items are not tested unless specifically stated in the lot description. If an item is described as “working” or “tested,” testing must be completed onsite during pickup. Once an item leaves the pickup location, the sale is final. No refunds or returns will be issued. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before the auction closes. Identification & Payment Verification Photo ID and signature may be required at pickup in accordance with credit card processing and fraud prevention policies. For invoices over $100, matching identification and signature may be required. Removal of Items Bidders are responsible for the safe and timely removal of all items. Please bring: - Adequate help for lifting heavy furniture - Necessary tools for disassembly - Proper packing materials Yellow Moon staff does not provide loading or moving assistance. Any damage to the property during removal is the responsibility of the bidder. Lot 1-4 of each auction will include important pickup details such as item location, stairs, basement access, or other accessibility notes. Please review this information prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly. Invoices Invoices are typically emailed within one hour of auction close. If you do not see your invoice, please check your spam or junk folder. You are responsible for monitoring your bidding activity and retrieving your purchases during the scheduled pickup time. Pickup dates and times are clearly stated in the auction notice and within the auction listing. If you see “WON” or “MAY HAVE WON” next to a lot in your bidding dashboard, you have secured that item and will receive an invoice.
