Glazed Earthenware. This grouping of American art pottery consists of the Turada line produced by Weller Pottery of Zanesville, Ohio. Each piece is crafted from glazed earthenware and finished with a high-gloss exterior glaze in either deep chocolate brown or black. The interiors are coated in a contrasting mustard yellow glaze. Decoration is applied using a slip-trailing technique in an ochre-colored clay, featuring intricate scrolled borders, floral garlands, and dotted accents. The collection includes one large cylindrical jar, two spherical rose bowls, and six small, low-profile bowls of varying diameters. The bases are marked with impressed factory stamps reading TURADA WELLER along with various model numbers including 646, 446, 444, 445, and 447.<br><br>Large Cylindrical Jar: 6 inches high by 5 inches wide<br>Small Bowls: 3 inches to 5.5 inches in diameter<br>Total display width: 18 inches.
