Morgan and Peace Dollars. A collection of US silver coins comprising various denominations from the late 19th and mid-20th centuries. The group includes Morgan silver dollars with dates including 1879, 1883, 1884, 1886, 1891, and 1921, and Peace silver dollars with dates including 1922, 1923, and 1925. The half dollar denomination is represented by several types including Walking Liberty, Franklin, and a 1964 Kennedy. Additional items include a 1964 Washington quarter and a small, dark-toned foreign coin, likely a Canadian 10-cent piece. The US coins are struck in 90 percent silver. The lot features three coins displayed on a black velvet stand: two Morgan dollars housed in plastic capsules and one 1922 Peace dollar mounted in a silver-tone pendant bezel. One 1886 Morgan dollar is held in a hand-labeled cardboard 2x2 flip. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Thursday, May 28 from 11 am to 7 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
