Battlefield Relics and Ammunition. An assortment of excavated United States military artifacts from the American Civil War era. The collection features wooden commemorative display blocks with embossed labeling. A block is marked GETTYSBURG-1863 and contains fragments of green glass or slag and a brass U.S. Army Eagle button. The second block is marked ATLANTA-1864 and contains brass U.S. Army Eagle buttons and a flattened lead projectile fragment. The group includes a Riker-style display case containing several large-caliber rimfire cartridges consistent with.56-56 Spencer carbine rounds, alongside three-groove lead Minie balls and assorted pistol-caliber projectiles. Included in the lot is a circular metal component or control knob featuring a knurled stem and a central screw mechanism. Burns in-house shipping is available.
