Closing Instructions for Buyer GovDeals 1. Selection of Closing Agent Upon receipt of bids and determination of the successful bid, the AGFC Real Estate Division will select a licensed Arkansas title company to serve as the closing agent. You will be notified of the chosen title company within five (5) business days of the auction closure. 2.
