Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm – excluding all holidays and scheduled school closings. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. If using a Third Party Agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third Party Agent. Items are sold in lots; bidder must pick up all items in lot. Bidder will not be allowed to choose items from lots with a promise to return for remaining lot items.
