These items were stored in working order. • Does it require maintenance? Unknown. I am not an expert in the use of this equipment. However, this item was used until they moved out of the old kitchen. • What was the issue that made it unusable? A new Kitchen was built and can only take new equipment. Leaving this as surplus. • How long has the item been non-operational? At least 5 years. • List of specifications is attached. It includes manufacturer, model, serial number, purchase date, purchase price, operational status. • Once posted online, all DSH-P assets are made available to other government entities on a first-come, first-served basis. State departments are required to put the needs of other government entities over the benefit of the sale of state-owned property. If a government entity requests transfer of this item, this item will be withdrawn from auction immediately.
