The buyer certificate must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you. Pick ups between 8.30am - 1.30 pm Facilities and Operations will not accommodate unscheduled pick-up requests. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of paid item(s). Harford County does not package, weigh or ship items. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and shipping of any item(s).
