NO REMOVAL APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY. DO NOT CALL. ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP DURING THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. EST UNTIL 4:00 P.M. EST, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT ON OBSERVED HOLIDAYS! ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY! PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER, NO EXCEPTIONS. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
