Please note that the vehicle may need a jump-start when removed. Please be prepared to jump-start the vehicle the day you remove it. The unit started, and it moved forward and backward at the time the video was shot. However, the unit is used and may have other damage, defects, or problems that are not immediately detectable. Customers are NOT allowed to test-drive nor turn-on any vehicle during physical inspection. Most vehicles are towed to the viewing facility; thus, Miami-Dade County staff does not conduct any test-drive other than moving the vehicle back and forth for video purposes. Bidder is solely responsible for the removal of the unit, no help will be provided. Miami-Dade County strongly recommended physical inspection of the items, prior to bidding. Engine light is on.

Inspection terms▾
ALL property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. All vehicles are sold with clean titles, unless on the "Description" it is noted as being sold with a Certificate of Destruction or other category. Please review the attached pictures and/or video to assess the physical condition of the vehicle. Nevertheless, it is strongly advised that all bidders physically inspect the vehicle prior to making a bid, since all vehicles are used and may have damage or defects NOT visible or immediately detectable.. Customers are NOT allowed to test-drive nor turn-on any vehicle during physical inspection. Most vehicles are towed to the viewing facility; thus, Miami-Dade County staff does not conduct any test-drive on any vehicle other than moving the vehicle back and forth for video purposes. Viewing/inspection of the vehicle may be performed Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. during the week in which the auction is open for bids. No appointment is needed.

Removal Policy: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID AND REMOVED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE AUCTION END DATE. PAYMENT AND REMOVAL HAVE THE SAME CONCURRENT 5-BUSINESS-DAY DEADLINE. $100 DAILY STORAGE FEE APPLIES STARTING ON THE 6TH BUSINESS DAY. If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID and the prepaid mailing label with tracking to: PIOD-CAPINV@miamidade.gov. The finalized Bill of Sale will be e-mailed to you with our signature and will need to be shown at the pickup location. Keep in mind assets will not be released at the pickup location unless a copy of the fully signed Bill of Sale is shown.
