One (1) Trailer House 48'3" X 12'3"W with Covered Porch 8'3" X 33'3" Toyo 730 heater, 300-gallon fuel tank (empty) with tank stand, water heater, water treatment system (Braswell Genus, I water softener and brine tank, W-X-Troll pressure tank), Zmodo security cameras and monitors. Built in cabinets and shelving. Trailer has 3 axles and is currently on blocks (see photos) Towing frame and one wheel. Home must be removed from State property and site cleanup at 100% buyer's expense. No assistance will be provided. (Building must be removed by 9/30/2026) (Reserve is $10,000)

Inspection terms▾
We strongly encourage all prospective bidders to exercise due diligence and personally inspect the item before placing any bids. This will allow you to assess the condition and functionality of the item to make an informed decision. Inspections are by appointment only for items that require staff assistance. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Location: 2400 Viking Dr., Anchorage, AK 99501 Please note that most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. The State Surplus Warehouse is open for inspection of property without an appointment on Monday thru Friday 8:30-3:30. However, for inspections that require assistance from staff, please schedule an appointment in advance.
Removal terms▾
Upon successful payment for the items listed you have ten (10) business days to remove them from the specified location. Payment must be made before you can take possession of the items. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to arrange and perform all the necessary work to move the purchased items. This includes packing, loading, and transporting them. If you need assistance from staff, you must schedule an appointment for pickup. The seller will not handle packing, loading, or shipping of the items unless an agreement is made with buyer and seller. Additionally, you are not allowed to perform any maintenance on the property purchased on State of Alaska premises. If someone else is picking up the items on your behalf, you need to provide written authorization (a letter or email) to the seller. The third party must present a photo ID to confirm their authorization. You can pick up the items between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Alaska Standard Time.
