ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The BUYER is responsible for ALL LABOR and TRANSPORTATION necessary to REMOVE these items from Roane State premises. We DO NOT ship items. We DO NOT load items. We DO NOT put your items in boxes or on pallets unless they are already prepared that way. We DO NOT weigh items for you. We DO NOT make arrangements for a third party to send them to you. It is your responsibility to bring the labor and equipment necessary to load and remove the items from our property.
