Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Instructions about removal will be sent to the Buyer once payment has been verified between GovDeals and Greenville County. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. The Buyer will be responsible for any damage caused by removal and the removal process. No assistance will be provided by Greenville County. Under no circumstances will Greenville County assume responsibility for packing, loading, shipping, damage caused, or any injury as a result of the removal and removal process. The buyer will release, waive, and discharge the County of Greenville, officers, representatives, agents and any employee of the County of Greenville, from any and all liability of any nature for any damages or injury suffered by buyer or caused by the buyer while participating in this removal.
