Removal terms▾
Winning bidders please see your Buyers Certificate for contact information to arrange removal. Do not call Orange County to arrange removal. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance (909) 203-0548. Monday - Thursday from 9am - 2 pm. All items must be removed within 5 (five) days including pay date from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Please note that the County releases all ownership and responsibility for all items once items leave the County facility by any/all means including but not limited to pick up by buyer or buyer representative or shipping company.
