2018 Ford F-150 EXTENDED CAB PICKUP 4-DR 5.0L V8 OHV 16V
The Over Head Cam (OHC) on the drivers side is not working properly due to a worn cam. This is resulting in the motor misfiring and loss of compression in that cylinder.
