NOTE: This is a used piece of equipment. Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding.

NOTE: Please be aware that title will NOT be provided at time of removal. No Exceptions. Vehicle titles are stored at a separate location. Buyer may either pick up title from the City facility where titles are stored OR the City will send by FedEx. No Exceptions. Titles will NOT be released until after removal. No Exceptions.
Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No removal assistance of any kind will be furnished by the City and County of Denver. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document.

If Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified timeframe, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.
