For more information & removal arrangements please contact Spencer Owen @ 502-232-2541. Load Out will be by appointment only M-F; must call 24 HRS. in advance. Buyer/Hauler must present copy of paid invoice upon arrival. Purchaser acknowledges ALL lots must be removed within 5 business days of Auction, or a storage fee may be incurred.
