Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. REMOVAL TIMES -- MONDAY-THURSDAY 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Come to Bldg. 40 located on the back side of the campus, near the yellow parking lot and check in with the receptionist on the day of your scheduled appointment. 4000 Lancaster Dr. NE - Bldg. 40, Salem OR 97305 No shipping options are available. All items must be picked up in person. The Buyer's Certificate must be presented at the time of removal. We do not assist in preparing items for shipping.
