Property must be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items CANNOT be picked up on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM CST, so accommodations for item removal must be made accordingly. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Assistance with packaging and shipping of certain items will be considered but not guaranteed, Any and All associated packaging and shipping costs and arrangements’ thereof for UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc; would be the responsibility of the buyer and would be required prior to the release of property.
