NOTE: Auction Items will not be released until CAPMETRO has received BUYERS FUNDS from GOVDEALS. Buyer will be notified by CAPMETRO once funds have been received. Could be up to two weeks after auction closes. THE BUYER WILL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING/PALLETIZING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE PROPERTY.
