Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the date and time the Buyer’s Certificate is issued. Purchases will be released only after payment has been received as specified. Successful bidders are solely responsible for all aspects of loading and removal of awarded property from the location listed on the website and Buyer’s Certificate. This includes making all arrangements and providing any necessary equipment, materials, and labor required for packing, loading, and transportation. PLEASE NOTE: Vehicles are sold without batteries. The seller will not provide, loan, or install batteries for the purpose of starting or loading a vehicle. Buyers are responsible for supplying their own batteries and any other equipment needed for removal. Under no circumstances will The Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County provide assistance with packing, loading, or removal. Buyers must complete all removal activities independently.
