Please know that the asset contact requires a 48 hour notice prior to inspection. At a minimum, the bidder will be required to wear long pants, safety toe boots, hard hat and safety glasses. Please verify with the Asset Contact if additional safety requirements exist. Please note that you will be turned away if you do not fulfill the onsite safety requirements.
Removal terms▾
A 48 hour notice is required prior to load out. Site will load onto buyer's truck free of charge. The buyer will be responsible for all transportation costs. Hours of Operations Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm For viewing or questions regarding this lot please contact the locations contact Required PPE is Hard Hat, Steel Toe Footwear and Safety Glasses. - Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics, securing the load, and associated fees for load out - Buyer is responsible for confirming removal charges prior to bidding - Seller reserves the right to approve Buyer's removal scope of work prior to Buyer commencing removal - Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release (LOA), once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied - Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA on-hand at the time of removal - Removal is by appointment, only.
