Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Viewing and Pick up times for all GRAA items are Monday – Friday 08:00 AM until 2:00 PM (except all Holidays). Buyer accepts the vehicle or equipment “As Is” & “With All Faults”. No warranty, express or implied, is made by Seller, and none shall be imputed or presumed. Bidders are encouraged to have the vehicle or equipment inspected by a qualified mechanic or repair agent to verify vehicle or equipment safety. Typical safety inspections would include, but not be limited to the operation of all safety restraint systems, brakes, engine, transmission, tires and electrical systems at a minimum. All vehicles being sold by GRAA are used and have been stripped of all communication and other ancillary equipment. It should be expected there will be evidence remaining on vehicle from these removals.

Default shall include (1) failure to observe these terms and conditions; (2) failure to make good and timely payment; or (3) failure to remove all assets within the specified time. Default may result in termination of the contract and suspension from participation in all future sales until the default has been cured. If the Buyer fails in the performance of their obligations, GRAA may exercise such rights and may pursue such remedies as are provided by law. GRAA reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by the specified removal date. GRAA will e-mail a copy of the vehicle title as proof of sale to the successful bidder.
