2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid SEDAN 4-DR, 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V HYBRID
will start with a boost, runs, and drives. Transmission has small leak -- it doesn't hit the ground though. Runs and drives but was parked 2.5 years ago. See attached inspection sheet. May need repairs that we are unaware of. Like all our vehicles, it is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No repairs allowed to be made on our lot. Seller will provide no assistance with removal -- come prepared to remove it off the lot yourself.
Buyer will be issued a "Government Form SF97 Application for Title" which will allow bidder to apply for clear title in any state. Please call 24 hours ahead to set appointment for pickup. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, If the winning bidder is not able to pick up in person, a notarized POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.

Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97. An SF-97 will allow Winning Bidder to apply for a title in which ever state they choose. If the winning buyer is not able to make pick up in person, a POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
