PURCHASER WILL ACCEPT ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES FOR DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHILE REMOVING ITEMS PURCHASED. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”.
