Email vehservices@nnva.gov to set up an appointment b. Pickup days & times are available Monday –Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm 2. Please remember to bring the following: a. A valid Driver’s License or State ID b. Appropriate auction paperwork 3. When you arrive: a. Stop at designated pick up area b. Stay with your vehicle c. Call 757-269-2400 Option 1 Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
