Inspection terms▾
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the item prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please call 517-483-6625 or email Carl.Denison@lansingmi.gov. Calls and emails are accepted Monday through Friday, from 6:30am - 2:30pm. Contact made after 2:30pm will be returned the next business day. No walk ins/drop ins will be allowed.
Removal terms▾
Property/Item may be removed by APPOINTMENT only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate unless other plans have been made between the Seller and Purchaser. Please call 517-483-6625, Monday through Friday, from 7am - 2pm to set up an appointment for pickup. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you, your driver or logistics company are requesting a pick up time later than 2pm, you may be charged $175.00 per hour after 2pm. This fee will need to paid to the City of Lansing at the time of pick up. Drop ins will be turned away at the door.
