Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, to sign Title Application Paper work. Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97. An SF-97 will allow Winning Bidder to apply for a title in which ever state they choose. If the winning buyer is not able to make pick up in person, a POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
