Removal terms▾
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller 24 HOURS PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal or to authorize a third-party to pick up the item. Third-party pickup will require proof of a Valid Driver's License and written signature of Authorization from the buyer. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property.
