We have for sale a 2009 scotty fire safety house, this unit was used one time a year and we no longer are able to use or house it. This is in excellent condition, and the plastic is still on the floor. This is towable with a F-250 or equivalent, it has a 2 5/16 ball and seven-way RV plug with electric brakes. This has a smoke machine with ventilation fans, a door simulator that gets hot and an escape area with ladder in the rear bedroom. The stove has a turn able pot that heats up and a child safety restraint area for doing child car seat education, there is an inside and outside PA system, AV system with two (2) TVs, large electric canopy, two (2) 500-watt pole lights, a 7500 watt Honda generator that's mounted to the front hitch area, and electric jacks for stabilization and front hitch, also spare tires on rims. This is being sold as is with no warranty, the buyer must pick-up in ten (10) days of winning bid or we will ship at buyers' expense. There are two set of keys and all manuals and records since purchase.
