Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Vehicle may be inspected on Thursday July 30th from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM. Test drives will not be permitted Bidder represents and warrants it shall indemnify and hold the State of South Carolina, the Department of Administration harmless from any and all liability, damage, expense, claims, liens or judgments, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from injury to person or damage to property resulting from or in any fashion arising out of Bidder’s inspection of the Property including but not limited to the negligent acts, errors or omissions of Bidder, its agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, or invitees.
