Please contact the Seller to schedule an inspection. NOTE: Per School Board Policy DN - Disposal of Surplus Items, bidders must identify themselves as an employee of Botetourt County Public Schools (BCPS) or immediate family member of a BCPS employee and these individuals may only purchase items if the items are sold for less than $500.00. "The bidder or purchaser shall certify whether he/she is an officer or employee of the division or a member of the immediate family of an officer or employee. Officers and employees of the school division, and members of their immediate families, may purchase surplus property from the school division only if the property is being sold at uniform prices available to the public or if the goods are sold for less than $500.00."

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. PLEASE NOTE: If items are at a school location we reserve the right to schedule pick-up appointments during non-school hours only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. All items must be removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.or the bidder will be defaulted. Bidder is responsible for the loading and removal of the item from Botetourt County Public Schools property. Repairs will not be allowed on Botetourt County Public Schools property.
