All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the payment due date. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the property. Including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. In the event a transport company is used to remove the asset, the bidder must supply the name of the transport company prior to arrival along with a written authorization to release. The bidder must also provide the transport company with a authorization of release. The transport company driver will be required to provide a valid US driver’s license at the time of pickup, prior to removal. Failure to meet all requirements will not constitute an extension of the defined pickup window.
