FRONT HAS DAMAGE. FRONT OF BODY TO FRAME IS NOT SECURE. JACK HAS DAMAGE. NO TITLE DUE TO UNDER WEIGHT LIMIT. HAS WEAR AND TEAR. BEING SOLD AS IS. NO REPAIRS ARE ALLOWED ON CITY PROPERTY. TRAILER WILL NEED TO BE MOVED OFF PROPERTY FOR REPAIRS.

Removal terms▾
REMOVAL-Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $100.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer must supply all personnel and supplies necessary for removal of assets. The City of Tallahassee will not provide any loading capabilities. There are no forklifts or loading docks at this location.
