2005 Chevrolet K1500 Pickup. 5.3L Gas Engine. 4SD Automatic Transmission. Unit is being retired due to age and condition. It was taken out of service May 2026. Unit is in poor condition. Engine ran but had low oil pressure. When draining oil, found oil pan full of sludge. Looked for cause of sludge and determined passenger side head cracked leaking coolant into crankcase. Valve covers have been off engine since investigated.
Unit is sold as is where is. Buyer is responsible for removal, starting and loading of vehicle.
