Inspection of vehicles and equipment is on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 3:00pm. All property is as is where is, the property is not inspected by surplus personnel. Vehicles and equipment are not inspected by mechanics, all condition and maintenance reports are from the driver. No maintenance records are available. All information reported is posted to the auction listing. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding.
Removal terms▾
Pick up is Thursday, 14 August, 9:ooam to 3:00pm and Friday, 15 August, 9:00am to 1:00pm only.Code Buyer is responsible for all loading requirements, no help is available. ANY PROPERTY NOT PICKED UP IN THIS TIME FRAME WILL REVERT TO THE STATE OF TENNESSEE TO DISPOSE OF. Failure of the bidder to submit payment or failure to remove all items WILL result in the bidder being blocked with no notification. Please note upon removal of the property, all sales are final. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AWARDED TO THEM FROM THE EXACT PLACE WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED. The purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property if it is not removed by the REMOVAL DATE as established by the State of Tennessee. Property should be removed within two weeks of the auction end date. Property not picked up will be deemed abandoned and title will revert to the State of Tennessee for disposal.
