2003 Ford F-250 regular cab with 5.4L V8, removed from service in March 2026, runs and drives with minor exterior damage including cracked windshield, roof rust, dents and scratches, though tires are good and AC works cold. Dismantlers and fleet operators target these pickups for parts harvesting, drivetrain components, or budget work trucks since the engine is maintained and functional. Verify the extent of roof rust and structural integrity, inspect the cracked windshield and interior rip for repair costs, confirm mileage and service records, and understand the 24-hour advance appointment requirement before removal.
