Arlington County is selling one used 2002 Caterpillar GP-25 propane forklift in fair. The forklift has a 5,000 lb. capacity and is approximately 24 years old.
The forklift runs and works but is old and has a propane smell. The item is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty or guarantee. Buyer is responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, loading, transportation, permits, and any other items needed for removal. Arlington County will not provide personnel, tools, equipment, loading assistance, or transportation. County markings/logos will be removed or covered before release of the item. Buyer must coordinate pickup with the County after receipt of the Bill of Sale and payment confirmation.

Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
