Title and Removal Instructions:
1. Buyer must submit a copy of driver's license and the information to complete the title document to the seller. If vehicle is to be titled in a company name, a valid business license must be submitted.
2. Seller will use the information provided by the buyer to complete the certificate of title and bill of sale documents.
3. Once the title documents are filled, Seller will contact buyer to schedule the removal.
4. If Buyer is out of state, Seller will mail title to Buyer to sign and return to Seller. Once Seller is in receipt of title, Buyer may arrange transporter in conjunction with Seller to remove vehicle.
5. Titling processing may take up to 30 days.
VEHICLE CANNOT BE REMOVED/PICKED UP UNTIL THE BUYER HAS SIGNED THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.

PICKUP MUST OCCUR WITHIN 2- WEEKS OF SALE BUYER MUST BRING BUYER'S CERTIFICATE FOR EQUIPMENT TO BE RELEASED. A valid state issued identification is required for pickup. If sending a 3rd party, the 3rd party must have: buyer certificate, copy of buyer’s driver license, signed note authorizing the 3rd party to pick up items. Seller does not ship. Property not picked up within 2-weeks after sale will be declared abandoned and resold. We encourage you to pay immediately and contact seller within 48 hours of auction close.
