Just after you pass building #12, Plant Operations and the open area #13 for grounds you will see our building #14. Please park in front of the rollup door labeled “Central Storage”. Then walk to the other end “Shipping and Receiving” and knock real loud on the man door. If we don’t hear you, please walk around to the side you will see the roll up door. Please ring the bell.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. BUYER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSE UPON REMOVAL FOR SELLER TO COPY AND KEEP ON FILE. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
