Removal terms▾
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will need to travel to 340 Main St. Lilburn GA 30047. Go to the City of Lilburn city hall office for signing of title and bill of sale. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. Removal of items is by appointment only. Sale may be defaulted if these instructions are not followed.
