Selling a 1999 Elgin Pelican street sweeper with 7,061.8 hours and 26,212 miles. This unit has been used as a municipal/public works street sweeper. The sweeper does function, but it has known issues. The City is aware of brake issues, and the water system is not currently working. We believe the water pump may be bad, but this has not been fully diagnosed or guaranteed. This unit shows normal wear for its age, hours, mileage, and municipal use. Bidders should inspect the sweeper and satisfy themselves as to the condition before bidding.
