1996 Surrey Fire Safety House. Used for fire safety public education events. Has not been utilized for several years. Unknown maintenance history. Wheels spun freely upon last inspection. Tires are very old but currently hold air. None of the equipment systems have been tested for safe or proper function. Exterior doors are locked but can be opened from the inside or likely with a replacement key (not included). The City of Cleveland Heights nor its representatives make any warranty or guarantee to the towability, function, or operation of this trailer. Buyer responsible for removal, local pickup only.
