Vehicle requires hydraulic hose repair to function bucket assembly. Speedometer & fuel gauge doe not work. Actual miles are roughly 1000 miles more then speedometer. Vehicle drives & runs, can be driven from location. NOTICE – SALE AS-IS / NO WARRANTY The vehicle is being offered for sale AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS . The Township makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the vehicle’s condition, mechanical operation, safety, roadworthiness, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any applicable inspection or regulatory requirements. The vehicle is known to have mechanical deficiencies and may require repairs. By purchasing the vehicle, the buyer acknowledges and accepts its condition and assumes all risks, costs, and responsibility associated with its possession, transportation, repair, operation, and use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Township shall have no liability for any injury, damage, loss, cost, or expense arising from or related to the condition, transportation, repair, operation, or use of the vehicle following the sale. All sales are final.
