All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. All sales are final.
(Tires may be flat and battery may be dead)
This vehicle was seized in _2025_, by the Lexington Police Department. It has been sitting in impound and is being Sold AS IS \ WHERE IS. It was running and being driven at the time of the seizure.
Car Fax Report will not be provided on this vehicle by the Lexington Police Department.
NO SHIPPING and buyer is responsible for the removal of the vehicle.
