Inspection terms▾
Bidder represents and warrants it shall indemnify and hold the State of South Carolina, the Department of Administration, and SPO harmless from any and all liability, damage, expense, claims, liens or judgments, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from injury to person or damage to property resulting from or in any fashion arising out of Bidder’s inspection of the Property including but not limited to the negligent acts, errors or omissions of Bidder, its agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, or invitees.
Removal terms▾
*This item is for pickup only. Agency will assist if needed.* The current pickup days are Monday through Friday between 9 AM to 3:30 PM. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
