Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. INSPECTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please email mark.bolin@wallacestate.edu or paige.hart@wallacestate.edu to schedule an inspection of this item. Hours of operation for inspection are Monday through Thursday between 8:00am and 2:00pm CST. All items are located at 801 Main Street NW, Hanceville, AL 35077, on the Hanceville campus of Wallace State Community College. However, auction items are being stored in several locations throughout the campus. When scheduling an appointment to inspect or pick up an auction item, please make a note of the location of the item on campus. A campus map can be found at https://www.wallacestate.edu/about-wscc/Campus_Map_SP2023_r3.pdf. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times as indicated in the Item description above.
Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all necessary work, including packing, loading and transporting the property. No Assistance will be provided. Under no circumstances will Wallace State Community College assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Property may be removed between 8:00am and 2:00pm CST, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am and 10:00am CST on Fridays. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
