Assets offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Removal terms▾
Buyer MUST PICK UP ASSET WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time/date of the Buyer’s Certificate. If asset is not picked up within ten (10) business days, Seller may instruct GovDeals to DEFAULT the Buyer and re-auction asset. Buyer MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE to pick up asset by calling 301-766-2840. Buyers who failure to make an appointment may be refused access to the asset and instructed to return after the appointment is made. Pick up appointments are available: September – May: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm – NO EXCEPTIONS June – August: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm – NO EXCEPTIONS Buyer MUST make ALL logistic and physical preparations necessary to remove asset from Seller’s property - SELLER WILL NOT ASSIST – NO EXCEPTIONS. Seller will not be responsible for any injury or damage sustained during the removal of the asset.
