Inspection terms▾
INSPECTION: Most items offered for sale are used and MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS NOT IMMEDIATELY DETECTABLE. Therefore, we invite bidders to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders viewing available by appointment, Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 11AM CST. Call (931) 648-5600 to check for closing information (bad weather) and CMCSS holidays.
Removal terms▾
REMOVAL: All items must be removed within fifteen (15) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including pallets, packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00AM and 2PM, Monday through Thursday, excluding school system holidays. Appointments are required for pickups. Contact Warehouse Manager at (931) 920-7803 for appointment *****Call the information desk at 931-648-5600 to check for closures including emergency closures for incidents like electrical failures and bad weather.***** *A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 15 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. To avoid storage fees you must request an extension, effectively communicate any delays and when you will be able to pickup.
